01The challenge
The company needed to optimize its electricity consumption and reduce costs without affecting operations.
02The solution
We analyzed periodic consumption and proposed, as a first step, replacing the existing lighting with LED technology.
We found that air conditioners were left on outside business hours and installed a circuit that disconnects them when the alarm is armed and re-enables them when it is disarmed.
We supported the implementation with an awareness plan for staff and the corresponding signage.
