We designed and built a filling machine with a dedicated embedded system for process control and automation, programmed to set variable filling volumes.
We installed it at the plant, taking into account everything needed for safe operation, and delivered training to staff on operation, safety and maintenance.

Filling became automatic, configurable and repeatable, freeing up hours of manual work, with staff trained to operate and maintain the equipment.
