Light to pour mate in the dark
El Cosito Pal Mate sums up the way we work: spot an everyday need, design a solution, prototype it, test it and take it to production. It is a small LED light that fits on the bombilla (mate straw) so you can pour at night in the car, at the beach or while camping.
The body is 3D printed in PLA+, a plant-based plastic, and includes interchangeable adapters for different straw diameters. With replaceable batteries it lasts for up to about 1,500 pours, and the packaging uses cardboard and kraft paper to reduce environmental impact.
